Morgana Boosts Output at Kall Kwik, Eastleigh.

In order to boost productivity from two recently installed Xerox DC12 digital colour printers, Kall Kwik, Eastleigh made a major investment in finishing equipment from Morgana.

The franchise purchased and EBA 551 programmatic guillotine, an Iram 12 multi-spindle drill and a Foldnak 8 bookletmaker. An upturn in demand for training and presentation manuals that required 4-hole drilling led to the purchase of the Iram and the new programmatic EBA 551 has reduced cutting time by almost half when compared with a previous guillotine. The installation of the Foldnak 8 has made immediate savings on bookletmaking, a function that was previously handled by outside suppliers.

In purchasing the equipment, Kall Kwik befitted from a special package deal put together by Morgana. This made it unnecessary for them to stagger purchases and install what was in effect a totally new finishing section.
