Morgana Expands Product Support Programme

Morgana Systems, leaders in digital print finishing, has announced the formation of a new Product Support Department in order to expand the back-up it provides to customers and dealers beyond the strictly technical and service level. 

“As manufacturers of increasingly sophisticated digital finishing solutions”, said Morgana m.d. Quen Baum, “we felt we needed to provide more in terms of application support by helping customers to derive maximum benefit from a product or mix of products best suited to their individual needs. In effect we will, if customers choose, provide an analysis of how and where products could contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of their operation.” Mr Baum said that Morgana would also offer enhanced levels of technical support and that the company had made an investment in new software to improve documentation and technical manuals. 

The new department will be headed by James Walsh, formerly Morgana’s Service Manager, who will head a team based at Morgana’s Milton Keynes headquarters.
